Hi,

When I  Save as PDF to a letter size file "8.5x11.xls", with the setting  of 63% scale is causing the resulting converted file to be too large as 13.49x17.46 size. Is it a desired behavior or an issue.

Do you mind telling us how do you set the letter size? It's a bit unclear to me what you actually mean.. Do you mean the print preview screen? How do you save your workbook to a PDF? Did you use the Save As feature and selected .pdf?
