I have Outlook 2010. When I move a message from the inbox to a folder called 'Second Folder' then the next time it is in the recent list of the move button. Only 10 foldernames are rememberd there.
Is it possible to set a key so that the last 25 folders is shown?

As far as I know, there is no such key would do that.

Me too, except I'm on Outlook 2013. I'm always digging up "other folders"
