What version of Outlook are you running? You might have set it to automatically accept meeting requests. Mark Morowczynski|MCT| MCSE 2003:Messaging, Security|MCITP:EMA 2K7,EDA Win 7,ES,SA,EA|MCTS:Windows Mobile Admin|Security+|http://almostdailytech.com

Hi, What are the version of your outlook and exchange server? This problem may happen if your mailbox is set as a resource mailbox and it automate accept the meeting request. Please follow these steps to troubleshoot this problem: 1. Log into your mailbox by using OWA. 2. Click Options, Under "Options" menu, do you see the "Resource Settings"? If yes, please uncheck the option "Automatically process meeting request and cancellations". Note: The “Resource Settings” is only available on resource mailbox. So if you have this option, please contact your exchange server administrator to change your mailbox type to “user mailbox”. 3. If there's no Resource Settings option, please click Calendar Options, uncheck the option "Automatically place new meeting requests on my calendar, marked tentative". Then restarting outlook and see if the issue persists.
