Allowing all users to see detail of meeting room booking?
Hi,When users schedule meetings, rather than see just the free/busy information for resources such as meeting rooms, how can I let all users see what is happening? That is, when they hold their mouse over the meetings in a resource's calendar (as seen when using the scheduling assistant) they can see what is happening. Also if possible, who has booked the room as well.Any ideas greatly appreciated. Thanks,Richard

Hi Richard, If you see Calendar permission in outlook for resource mailbox, you can find 4 different Read Free/busy permission. None Free/Busy Time Free/Busy Time, subject, location Full Detail By default Free/Busy time is selected for all mailboxes, you can change it to either Free/Busy Time, subject, location or Full Detail to view all information. Hope this helps you..

Hi Amit,I wonder how you do this via the Exchange management shell?I tried as you suggested but nothing has changed as yet. Change the permissions for "Default". Thanks,Richard

No Richard, it is not possible to do with EMS since these permission store in user's mailbox. It should show the detialed info about Free/busy once you select those for Default. Can you try below command to check the issue? Test-OutlookWebServices -Identity:<username>
