This is a POP3 error code, check and make sure your pop3 is running. Launch ESM and go to Servers-> (Servername) ->Protocols ->POP3. Make sure it is on, if it is not, right-click it and select start. Also, check the POP3 service and make sure it is started, and check to make sure POP3 is enabled in the Exchange tab for the user account. Here is an article on testing POP3, go through the steps and see what you find. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/165186/en-us

Hi Sovannmony, 1 Please ensure your Exchange Server 2003 is up to date. 2 If you have symantec products please uninstall it and give it a shot. 3 What are your Outlook versions and how about changing another one? Thanks.Rowen TechNet Community Support

Hi Russ, I have checked all what you told me and they are started and all accounts are enabled POP3 but but still I cannot telnet the exchange Server. so what does it mean and so how can I do next? Hi, Rowen, I am not using symantec on my server. I am using outlook 2007. all the client are the same cannot get the incoming mail from the server but can send out. I have checked in the event Viewer I saw the error "MSExchangeFBPublish" keep taking place. I have googled it seems it related to public folder so I go to check the public folder, it is not mounted and I cannot mount or delete that public folder as well. How could I do? Thanks for giving advices Sovannmony Peav
