Hi, To force an Exchange 2007 to send specified email Format, please refer the following steps: Force Exchange 2007 to send a HTML on a Domain basis ================================ 1. Open EMC, expand t Organization Configuration->Hub Transport. 2. In remote domain, right click and click "New Remote Domain" 3. Give the connector a name and enter the domain name you would like to send HTML to. e.g. domain.com. Click new then click finish. 4. Open EMS, type: Set-RemoteDomain -Identity:domain.com -ContentType:MimeHTML If you want to force exchange to send all emails in HTML format, just need to run the following command: Set-RemoteDomain -Identity:Default -ContentType:MimeHTML Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. This can be beneficial to other community members reading the thread. Thanks
