All items missing from folder in Outlook 2013
Hi, I have an Office 365 for business account and am using Outlook 2013 on my desktop, plus iOS mail app on my iPad for the same email address, which is an Exchange account. I have been busily filing emails out of my inbox and into a folder in Outlook, and now none of these items show in the folder - the folder is empty. When I right click on the folder, select properties, then the synchronisation tab, I can see that there are 133 items in there (both 'server folder' and 'offline folder' show the same count) - but the ITEMS ARE NOT THERE! Additionally, this folder does not appear on my iPad at all. Interestingly, I've just added a new folder using Outlook, added an item to it as a test, and that all works fine, the item is in there and both the folder and item also show on my iPad. Please help! I desperately need these items and simply cannot get to them. Thanks

Hi,

Please close outlook, then restart Outlook with this command-line separately to check this problem.

Outlook.exe /resetfolders     (This will restore missing folders at the default delivery location.)

Outlook.exe /resetnavpane  (This will Clear and regenerate the Folder Pane for the current profile.)

Let me know the results.

Best Regards.
