Hi All, I'm trying to get email log by using the script from MS Exchange Troubleshooting Assistant and then customizing it further: get-messagetrackinglog -Recipients:myself@domain.com -Sender "sender@outsidedomain.com" -EventID "RECEIVE" -Start "1/04/2009 5:00:00 PM" -End "28/04/2009 5:31:00 PM" but it returns no result, is there something wrong with the syntax ? Hi Albert, I local tested similar command on my lab and I am able to get expired result. Therefore, I think that the command has not syntax issue. I suggest you remove some parameters firstly to check whether you can get expired result. Mike

Mike, Sorry to cause you a big confusion. it seems that the sender was NOT sending the email :-( so that is why i couldn't get the result from the log./* Support Engineer */
