After office updated to 2013, an strange error of Excel always comes after using xlsx file for a while

Dear all,

Real issue in working. Need help!

User's office 2007 was updated to office 2013 then she reported us that an strange error screen( see below ) of Excel2013 always comes after using xlsx file for a while. Don't know why. 

Does anyone meet such issue?

Also by checking Software Center in her PC, I find a office365 ProPlus En update shows failed status.
