After office becomes 2007 to office 2013, then lync2013 can't be run

Dear all,

This is a real issue.

After office 2013 was pushed to user's PC then some user find their lync 2013 can't be run.

And users used win7 and office2007 before.

Does any one knows the reason and fixing method?

If this issue only occurred in Lync 2013?

First of all I suggest install the latest updates for Lync 2013, please refer to this link:
https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/office/dn788954

Then please try to check and remove the Intel Bluetooth software in Control Panel. Disable the hardware device, remove the driver and rebooted.

Will try the lastest updates for lync 2013 firstly then check the issue again.
