After enabling journaling on Exchange 2003 we could no longer receive external email. All incoming email worked, but that's it. I check the journaling mailbox and never saw the external emails hitting that mailbox either. Any suggestions? KarlKarl

I had to remove and disable envelope journaling and I can't go back and reenable it. Senders did not receive NDR's; a couple hours after I disabled journaling, all external mail that was "queued" was delivered. Karl
