Hi,

I have deleted content in dumpster using Search-Mailbox mailboxname -SearchDumpsterOnly -DeleteContent -Force:$True

and also set Set-Mailbox -SingleItemRecoveryEnabled $False

When i ran mailboxstatistics still i could see data in TotalDeletedItemSize

TotalDeletedItemSize : 1017 MB (1,066,189,668 bytes)
TotalItemSize        : 114.3 MB (119,800,895 bytes)

Could you please how to delete this content and to take effect immediately please?

Did you look with Outlook to see if the data is still there?  Those statistics are not real-time in my experience.
