After User conversion 2003 / to 2008 cannot link Outlook to Sharepoint Calendars. Any new users can connect no problem. Users that had a 2003 domain logon and were coverted to 2008 (.R2 profile) cannot link to SharePoint Calendar. There is no errors the calendar just does not show up in Outlook.

By 2003 and 2008, which product do you refer to?

After the conversion, have the old users created a new Outlook profile? If no, please let them create a new Outlook Profile to setup the account, check if then they can add SharePoint Calendars to Outlook.
