After I login in the OWA and write othermailboxname I access the other person mailbox
I access OWA 2003 on the internet using https://domainname.pt/exchange. I've already setup SSL ofr OWA. After I login in the OWA and write othermailboxname like the example https://domainname.pt/exchange/othermailboxname , I access the other person mailbox without prompt me the login and password to access.This happens with all users. How can I stop this event?Can you help me

Check the permissons. It should promt you for credentials. By default, Exchange Server 2003 does not allow users to access other users' mailboxes. I would recommend taking a look at mailbox permissions as well, and determine which accounts or groups have permissions to access other mailboxes -- these permissions may either be assigned at the user level, or at the Exchange StoreRaj

Can you tell where I can check permissions is in IIS or in exchange manager or in AD. I don't know the default permission of exchange, do you have a print sreen for to see? If remove some group i could stop exchange, and I don't want this to happen.Dina

Hi,It depends from exchange org to exchange org. How ever you can download the default permissions list from here in a excel sheetBit complicated still you can give it a shot.
