In an attempt to lock down Server 2003 I have also limited the Administrator Account. I changed "Domain Controller Security Policy" on the server to only allow a few specified applications to run, which was fine for most users, but the problem is, its also limit the applications the Administer can run. At present we can only run Outlook and Word, everything else gives me a error "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer....." Can anyone help, re-installing Server 2003 is not a real option. Thanks Steve I have posted this thread elsewhere by mistake...
