Admin Leaving
Good Afternoon Fellows, We had our Exchange admin quit last week and i am taking over that role. I have noticed he has all incoming mails to his address cced to a gmail account. I can't figure out where to disable it. I looked in Mail Flow Settings and Delivery Options. I also ran the following ps command Get-Mailbox | where {$_.ForwardingAddress -ne $null} | ft name, forwardingaddress and the mailbox doesn't ring up there. Any Ideas? Thanks, Andy

Did you check to see if there are any Outlook rules forwarding the messages?

Check also, in EMC if he created a contact that contain the gmail account and go to properties of his mailbox -> mail Flow settings -> delivery option and see if it is pointing to the gmail account.

I had checked Mail Flow settings delivery options and had no luck. I also logged on and checked his outlook for rules and no luck there either. Tim was correct. Thanks Tim!
