Address book segregation with FIM implementation

We are using Ex2010 SP1 now with FIM. Going to update to SP2 in order to have address book segregation. Is it possible to achieve the following using Dymanic Distribution group or others?
Users in A domain, B domain and C domain will fall into one of the 3 groups:
-
Group 1 see all 3 groups
- Group 2 see one of the address books
-
Group 3 special limited viewKelvin Teang

Hi,
I guess that this should be possible - just a question on how you create the address book policies and apply these to the users.
