Address book searched attributes
When an e-mail user does aquery in the address book, what attributes are searched? Is there a way to add to the attributes that are searched?We're on Exchange 2007, SP1 in a 2003 Native mode AD forest.Thanks.Ed Bell - Specialist, Network Services, Convergys

When ANR leaps into action (in a default configuration) through outlook address book query, it will search the following attribute fields of the Active Directory... First Name (GivenName) Last Name (Surname) Display Name (displayName) LegacyExchangeDN msExchMailNickname Relative Distinguished Name of the object (RDN) Office (physicalDeliveryOfficeName) E-mail address (proxyAddress) Security Account Manager account (sAMAccountName) You will get better idea from below couple of articles and how to add attributes into indexing...
