Address List Permissions in Exchange 2007
Hi all, I'm currently in the process of setup up a new Exchange 2007 Server and need to lock down access to certain address lists and distribution groups - via a Windows Group, not username. At the moment I've managed to add Deny permission via Exchange Management Shell *I think * I have used: "add-adpermission -Identity 'Mailing Lists' -User 'Student Users' -AccessRights extendedright -ExtendedRights Open-Address-Book -Deny" 'Student Users' is a group and 'Mailing Lists' is an address book, this command seems to apply correctly but I can still access the address book when logged into OWA as a user thats part of this Windows Group (they are only in that and Domain Users) Doe anyone know how I can acheive this ? I also need to apply the same rule (deny) for sending to certain distribution lists.. is it even possible ? Thanks!

Is this not possible ? I've tried various different ways such as using ADSI edit to change the security permissions on the Address List Containers, but still the lists are viewable by everyone ! D-Day is fast approaching (Next Friday) so I need to find a working solution for this problem.. any help would be greatly appreciated!
