Hi,

I'd like to enable an address book policy to allow all users access GAL and all room resource mailboxes except an particular room address list (Rooms for certain department), and the users in that department will be able to access everything in GAL including that special address list.

I tested a few different ABPs or set security through ADSIEdit, but it still doesn't work as execpted.

Any advices will be appreciated.

create new address list and exclude restricted room mailboxes and assign that to all users.

Assign the default address list to the users who wants to see the entire GAL with the restricted room mailboxes.
