Adding meetings in multiple calendars within one outlook 2003
I have four calendars created in Outlook, generally appointments need to appear in more than one calendar, since they are not all seperate contacts, I cannot see how to schedule an appointment across multiple calendars without duplicating the meeting in each. I looked to see if I could create a fictive contact for each calendar but couldnt get that figured out. Does anyone know how to do this?
