Adding delegates for users
Is there an "easy" way for an administrator to add delegates for a user in outlook? Many of our users can only access mail through OWA and we do not want to use any 3rd party apps for OWA delegation.

Hello, What version of Outlook and Exchange server you are using now? When you use delegates in Outlook 2007, the delegates and the manager must all use Outlook 2007 to work correctly. Delegates can view items that are marked as private in an Inbox if the owner gives them permission for both the Inbox and the Calendar, and if the owner enables the Delegates can see my private items option.
