Adding custom forms to Organizational Forms Library in Exchange 2007 using Outlook 2007
Hi, I need to add one custom form which is in .oft format to Organizational Forms Library in Exchange 2007 using my Outlook 2007, but I am unable to find anywhere option to publish. Please suggest a way out.\ Regards, Guru.

Hi Dhruv, I already have the Organizational Forms Library and some forms in it are being used. Additional to existing I need to add one more and how to do it now? Regards, Guru.

Now it is easy after finding the solution. In outlook 2007, File -> New -> Choose Form ->User Templates in File System and browse to the oft file location and say OK and select the oft file listed and chose Open. Next in the opened form, Developer tab -> and publish where you want, directly in to the Organizational library or to your Personal forms library. Only .oft files can't be opened directly in Outlook2007 and above rest it is all same as in previous versions of Outlook. regards, guruprasad.
