Adding additional Exchange account

Hey guys,

im experiencing a weird issue with Exchange and Outlook. I spent too much time on it and need a fresh view^^

We are running an Exchange 2007 sp3 at a customers site and they always add additional mailboxes in outlook via control panel\mail.

Evertyhing went fine for years but since a few weeks some accounts cannot be added anymore. Most accounts are working as intended but some accounts are causing troubles. I can add the account but if i want to approve the window doesnt close by pressing the "ok" button. The only way to close the window is to hit "cancel". Of course the mailbox wont show up in the additional mailboxes. There are no entries in the eventlogs at all.

I tried to grant full access->no difference

I tried different clients (Outlook 2k3, 2k7, 2010)->same issue

I tried TS sessions -> same

I never experienced this and cant find anything useful on the inet but maybe someone has a hint for further troubleshooting..

Best bet would probably be to pose the question in the Exchange/Outlook client forums
