Adding a confiditiality notice to the bottom of all emails leaving exchange server
In exchange 2003, how do I configure it so that a confidentiality statement is added to the bottom of all outgoing emails?

follow the instructions from the following kb article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/317680NOTE: You must have an SMTP server in from of your mailbox server for the event sink to work properly

There are couple of ways to do it. You can either go with the above linked KB or choose from some third party software like Exclaimer to stamp all these disclaimers and signatures to outgoing emails. These software provide you granular control over the configuration of these appended messages with several permutations and combinations.
