Hi,

You can create another GAL and add the specific users you want with this command

New-GlobalAddressList -Name "GALNAme" -IncludedRecipients MailboxUsers

remember edit the command with your settings.

Requirement is not to create another GAL. we have around 3 address lists apart from GAL, what we really need to do is to move one of the recipient from one address-list to another  , is there a cmdlet or way to achieve this . Kindly suggest ?

You will have to compare the Address List query/filters for the list the user is currently in an where you want the user to show up. You will have to modify the current list to block the user from appearing and specifically add the user to the new list.

If you no longer want to see the user in the GAL, this is not possible as Ed stated above.

Thanks,

Jason

You apply some attribute or property (a custom attribute is good for this) and make the address list filter (query) exclude those recipients with that
