you can create a folder for Oultook 2007 (Not outlook 2003) if you want to use Exchange 2007 , using the Managed Default Folders option in Exchange 2007. but for Outlook 2003, with Exchange 2003, thier are third party applications that can do that, i can't remember the name of the application, but i know a customer who could manage to do so on exchange 2003 with outlook 2003 users. and i think there is a script that you can run with EventSync to do that for you. if i came across this script or applicaiton i will let you know. Hi Alaa , Thanks for your reply. I have already done that butthe changeshave notseems to be replicated to users. For example if I add a new folder in Managed Default Folders option in Exchange 2007 it doesn't appear in users outlook. I think it should replicate to whole organization. Is there any thing else thatI need to do apart from adding the folder in Management console. Cheers , Pkok
