Add a Public Folder Calendar to all outlook users Other Calendars
In outlook, you can right click on a Public Folder Calendar(after going to the folder list view) and select "Add to Favorites". This adds the selected calendar into a section called "Other Calendars" when your looking under the Calendar view. Here is a screen shot:http://i44.tinypic.com/2zxqmp5.jpgThis works great, however its a pain to go around to every single Machine in the corporation to do this.I was wondering if there was a way to do this automatically to all the machines within our domain. Possibly through group policy??Here are some details on my companys Domain:Domain Controllers are Server 2003 R2 SP2. Exchange 2007, with Outlook 2007 as the clients.Ive tried searching around the internet for an answer, but have come up dry.Does anyone have any experience with this, or can guide me in the right direction? Thanks very much for your valuable time.

Issue description: How to add public folder calendar into users Calendar folder globally? Per my knowledge, theres no way to automatically add the folder to Calendar folder globally. But heres a workaround for you: Send public folders link to all users, let them add the folder to Favorites folder by using the link a. First, launch your outlook, new a mail b. Drag a public folder you want [Like Community Events Schedule] to the new mails message body zone, it will add a link in it c. Then, send this message to a test user d. After message received by test user, Click + Ctrl to open the link on test users outlook e. Designated public folder will be opened in a open window, right-click the bar above calendar content where shows public folders name Community Events Schedule, Select Add to Favorites option, click OK f. Now, Community folder will show in test users calendar. You can use this method, send public folders link to all users, maybe attach some pictures for illustration as well

Hi,I agree with James, no way natively in Exchange and you need to go for workaround.Or to sync multiple calendars fully you can take a look at some third-party utility.http://www.diditbetter.com/add2exchange.aspxAmit Tank | MVP - Exchange | MCITP:EMA MCSA:M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com
