How can I add a logo or image to a standard corporate disclaimer on ALL outgoing emails? Thanks! Michele

Which version of Exchange do you use?Basically in Exchange 2003 you need to use vbscript or vb event sink and in Exchange 2007 you can use transport rulesto apply disclaimer natively but in both methods and versions are not capable to add image or logo in disclaimer.Exchange 2003:http://support.microsoft.com/kb/317680Exchange 2007:http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa996585.aspxYou may need to develop custom event sink or transport agent to add logo or image.Or easies method is to use some third party disclaimer softwares.
