Active Sync on Front End Exchange 2003 SP2 - Give issue EventID 3007
Hi Guys, Currently my environment is facing an issue with ActiveSync. Previously it worked fine but all of a sudden this happen Attached is a Network Monitor capture file which was installed on the FrontEnd (in DMZ) Please click the link below to download http://cid-7b01af3b5a484829.office.live.com/self.aspx/.Public/ACTIVESYNC.cap Those previous user Iphone that was configured is able to get sync, but I am unable to configure new Iphone As the error always says 'Cannot Get Mail' The connection to the server failed. The thing is that it is able to verify my Exchange account during the setup. In this capture I can see HTTP 401 and HTTP 409. And when I use the Accessmylan ActiveSync tools, it gives different error for diferent users. The error are like HTTP 403 and Connection to server timeout Please have a look, your help is needed to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Regards Iruan
