Active Sync failing - Error in Exchange Server
Hi, We have been running a suite of Nokia E61i phones since December and connected to Exchange 2003 via active sync. They have all been working fine but last week, all thephones stopped syncing at the same time and the message on the phone reads: Error in Exchange Server. Try Again later. No configurations have been changed, Exchange seems to be running OK on the networkandmobile users can still connect their Outlook 2003 vis HTTP. Can anyone offer any help please? Thanks.

Yes, it turned out to be an issue with Sophos Security Suite we had recently installed. Apparently we were the first to see this as we had Sophos and MS on the phone working out who was at fault and how to fix it.
