Active Sync Passcode Set mistakenly
While TS Actie Sync issues, I mistakenly set the passcode policy here http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc182235.aspx while troubleshooting. Then i removed it, now all the Iphones are asking for passcodes and I can't turn off the policy even though the policy is off in Exchange MobileAdmin - not affective IISReset after removal of policy coupled with Exchange Restart - not affective Need to locate the policy object and kill it. Any help appreciated.... I trapped myself no one else to blame - I should have known better

I am replying to myself and everyone else who may fall into this trap. Policy Off the Exchange Server. IISRestart / Information Start Restart Goto your boss's Iphone - Delete his mail account Settings - General - Passcode Turn Off Passcode - enter the passcode to turn off the feature Resetup the Active Sync Resync with Exchange So far ok, but waiting to see if policy will come back or not.....

That's about what I was going to suggest but I was also going to mention that although I am not sure about iPhone, in android you want to make sure and delete the calendar cache or you will duplicate all calendar events when you recreate the exchange account.
