We had a front end server on exchange 2007 that died last week. We changed the ip address of the exchange server to the old one to retrieve external mail. Which works, but now Active Sync is not working it seems except for one IPhone user. I have a Incite, and when trying to add the full path of the OWA the name gets truncated. Any idea on how to get active sync working again?
