ActiveSync error 0x850010014
I'm running Exchange Server 2003 and have 15 users in a mailstore with all users using ActiveSync to get information from the server to their PDA's. I've added another user to a different mailstore and a seperate OU. When trying to sync from their device we receive the error "Activesync encountered a problem on ther server. Support code: 0x85010014. When I wipe the device and use one of the first batch of user accounts it works fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi, Have you installed Exchange 2003 SP2 with the latest updates? If not, please upgraded to SP2. There is a known issue before installing SP2. You receive an HTTP_500 error message when you synchronize your mobile device with Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;886346 Please also check if the problematic account is enabled. Here is a similar thread, please test the issue with the suggest provided. http://forums.microsoft.com/TechNet/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=2281893&SiteID=17 If the issue persists, please let me know the following questions: 1.
