ActiveSync 1008 and Assistants 9045 warnings and IS 9782 error
I am not sure if these are related but I figured I would mention both just in case. Starting about 18 hours ago I started getting a large amount of ActiveSync 1008 errors. I also just noticed that for about 2 weeks I have been getting Assistants
9045 warnings indicating one of my DB is unhealthy state. The unhealthy state is surprising since backups have been working successfully with DPM all along. I also just ran:
get-mailboxdatabasecopystatus -identity DB
test-servicehealth -server server
Test-ExchangeSearch -MailboxDatabase DB
which all seem to come back clean.
I have also at times had IS 9782 errors but not consistently.
I am not sure what to try to verify health of server and to ensure backups are working well. A handful of users appear to be having outlook cachec mode synch issues as well. Messages will show in OWA but not in cache mode and Outlook reports
fully synched.

Hello,
Please dont worry because some event warning or errors can be safely ignored. I would like to ask do you have actual issues on you Exchange Server or reporting from your users?
For those Outlook email sync issue, I recommend we try rebuilding the Outlook profile on the clients and see if the issue persists.
