Activate DB copy fails over in one node DAG

In a small Exhcange 2013 environment I was asked to activate the db copy so that maintenance could be done on the other exchange DB server.
After doing that in the EAC, the next day I found that at some point it reverted to the original active DB.
So i activated again, and it was working, tested mail flow.
But again the next day it failed over to the other DB.
So there's something up with the other copy.

I'm not finding anything particular in EventViewer.
Have run:

Get-ExchangeServer | Get-ServerHealth | ?{$_.alertvalue -eq
"unhealthy"}
This came back with 2 unrelated things.

Also ran:
CollectOverMetrics.ps1 -DatabaseAvailabilityGroup <DAG NAME>
StartTime 07/14/2015 -EndTime 07/16/2015 -IncludeExtendedEvents -ReportPath c:\temp\failover_stats

Seems to show the time of the failover.
But again i don't see anythng much going on in EV at that time.

Can anybody recommend some other troubleshooting I should do?

Hi jman0warZ,

Thank you for your question.

You could add memory on the server which are mounted all databases to check if the issue persist.

If there are any questions regarding this issue, please be free to let me know.

Best Regard,

Jim
