Accessing Outlook Web Access through IE 7.0
Could someone please tell me why everytime I go to Outlook Web Access I get a Certificate Error: Navigation Block page that pops up. I've installed the certificate and still the same results. I also chose to continue to the website and I don't get the message anymore until the next time I start up IE 7.0. I know the site is a trusted site because it's my server I'm going to. Does anyone know how to stop this page from appearting and recognizing the certificate? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Regards,Jeff

Hi, could you list the exact Navigation Blocked error you see in IE7? Even if you trust the CA that issue the cert, other issues might cause the security warning, such as the site's FQDN doesn't correspond to the cert subject name. Cheers

Sorry to butt in - I have a related problem. Since installing IE7 whenever I try to open the webpage with Outlook Web Access, I get the error message "HTTP 500 internal server error - the website cannot display the page". I have searched long and hard but can't find anyone reporting an identical problem although there appear to plenty of other conflicts between IE7 and OWA. I can access OWA fine through IE6 or Firefox. What do I need to do to access it through IE7? Many thanks for any help you can give, Andy Bram

Hi, I presume your OWA version is 2003. Did you apply this update? Update for Exchange Server 2003 SP2 (KB 924334) Brief Description The Outlook Web Access (OWA) form stops responding after you install Internet Explorer 7.0 and the S/MIME control on a client http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=41275dec-4c01-4c41-aa64-c9dbe5ea3f7e&displaylang=en Or if you are using IE7 on vista, you need this update http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=5BC06E8A-08EB-4976-BC68-A03EBE3A2552&displaylang=en Cheers

Does this update work for the Exchange in Small Business Server 2003?

The KB article didn't list SBS as a version that this hotfix applies to, but I would suggest you use Microsoft Updates on the SBS server tocheck if this update is needed. Cheers
