Access to every employees calendar showing busy or available.
Hi, Not sure if there is an easy way to do this or not but the CEO of my company has asked we grant all managers the ability to view everyone's busy/free on their calendar in Outlook 2010 (O365). Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks- CM

Hello CM, What is the version of your Exchange Server? If you use Exchange online, I suggest you ask in this forum: Microsoft Online: Exchange Online http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/da-dk/onlineservicesexchange/threads If not, you can follow these to set for users For Exchange 2010: <1> use this command to grant managers' permission to view users'calendar Set-MailboxFolderPermission http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff522363.aspx If you are using Exchange 2007, you can use PFDVAdmin to do that. <2> After you grant permission, managers can view users'calendar by open other user's calendar in their OWA or Outlook.
