Access to all exchange email accounts with admin profile in Exchange online
Hi All,
I have encountered an issue you might be able to help me with.
My company has an Exchange online service account and it seems that it is possible to open ALL other email accounts, just by choosing files -> open -> Other users mailbox and then choose from the list.
Question is if this is possible for all users or just admin users and is it standard that an admin user can access all?
If admin as default can do this, is it possible to disable this ?

Hi,
I am pretty sure that this is not default behaviour, but I would ask the Exchange online support about this issue.
