Is there a way to view a user's mail without sharing it? We are currently running an investigation on an employee and need to view the employee's mail. Our employees sign a "no privacy" statement regarding their e-mail, so we have the legal right to view their mail that comes into their company inbox. Thank you for your assistance with this.

As in the user doesn't have to share it? Yes, just go into ADUC and grant yourself or whomever "Full Mailbox Access" to the user account in question, then open it with a seperate outlook profile. Alternatively, if you didn't want a live view, but a full copy you could run ExMerge.exe to copy all the contents out.
