Access 2013 Color Schemes

I am a Microsoft Net Software Developer who also has a migraine condition. Computer monitors are my number one trigger that triggers these migraines, therefore, I use the color schemes of Visual Studio 2013 extensively to provide the best visual experience possible. The VS 2013 color schemes and customization in VS 2013 are exceptional.  I just purchased Office 2013 and wanted to personalize the display and found only 3 static schemes to choose from, I was shocked to say the least.

I can barely use it and actually wear sunglasses when I am developing VBA projects in office: PLEASE MICROSOFT CHANGE THIS IN THE NEXT UPDATE, this was one of the features I assumed were in the latest and greatest release.

It looks like Office 2016 will introduce a "black" (actually dark grey) color theme in addition to blindingly white, extremely light grey and very light grey.

Has Microsoft added a full color scheme for Office 2013?  Just received a mandatory installation and the three gray options are causing serious vision problems.  Customers should have full color options to set up all programs to their own needs.  There have also been alot of other options taken away.  Office 2007 has the best setting features.  Please Please Please give us full color options!!!

Office 2013 will not be modified anymore, so don't expect a black or very dark color scheme for it.
