Access 2010 PivotTable and PivotChart not worked properly under Windows 10

I used Microsoft Access 2010 to create PivotTable and PivotChart in a program and it worked very well under Windows 8.1 environment.  Unfortunately, after upgrading to Windows 10, the program still functioned with access 2010 but all PivotTables and PivotCharts couldn't display properly.  Could anyone give me any suggestion to solve the problem?  (I use 64-bits access 2010 which was installed in my surface pro 3)

Hi,

Regarding of the issue, please provide us more information to assist you better.

  • Did you create the PivotTable and PivotChart based on the query?
  • >>PivotTables and PivotCharts couldn't display properly<< My understanding is that they missing data, even blank in PivotTables/PivotCharts view. Am I right?

If your query is linked with external data source, the link might be broken, please try to check the query first.

Then, please try to check the field names, if it has parentheses, e.g. "theta[deg]" or "x(m)", the PivotTables/PivotCharts does not display properly. Please try to make a clean copy of the table without any pivot chart formatting, got rid of the parentheses to test.

If this issue still exists, please upload some screenshots about this issue. I'd like to do further research.
