Accept clients on external interface MAPIRPC failed with error 0x4b1.
Outlook clients keeps getting disconnected from exchnage server 2003. Then I look in the event viewer and see this log.

Does the issue occur to all the outlook client?
How did user use outlook, internally? RPC over Http?
1. Please check whether your domain controller is in good order. You can run dcdiag tool to check. You may need to install Windows Support Tools to obtain this tool.

2. Please check whether system time on Exchange Server is the same as Client(outlook installed).If not, then please configure the right time on the exchange server and then restart Windows Time service from Services Manager(run services.msc from a command prompt to open Services Manager)
3. Restarted MSExchange System Attendant services.
