I have a question about e-mail account, if we change password of the e-mail account on ms-outlook,do we also have to go to the Exchange Server and change the password for that user e-mail account also?

Hi,

You would be using AD account to logon to Exchange Mailbox, Hence changing the AD Password from Client System will do. No need to do it from DC.
