Does user B get any error or NDR while sending mail to user A? Which version of Exchange and outlook they use? If outlook allows to send mail but user A doesn't receive mail then suggest you to check message tracking log to see where it stuck up. On the User A account, are there any delivery restrictions, such as only receive email from x amount of people, with those people listed? Mark Morowczynski|MCSE 2003:Messaging, Security|MCITP:ES, SA,EA|MCTS:Windows Mobile Admin|Security+|http://almostdailytech.com

Does message tracking show message delivered to mailbox of user B? Are you able to see mail in OWA instead of Outlook client? Check message delivery restriction as Mark told, but I wonder why NDR didn't receive... Amit Tank | MVP: Exchange Server | MCITP: EMA | MCSA: M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com
