A user cannot send mail to another in the same domain
Please have anyone see this problem before, User A can send e-mail to UserB, but User B cannot send e-mail to user A, when i check the user b outlook client, there is no rule blocking user from sending message, they are both in the same domain.other users can send User A&BPls any suggestion will helpCheersVicAbh.

Does user B get any error or NDR
while sending
mail to user A? Which version of Exchange and outlook they
use?
If outlook allows to send mail but
user A doesn't
receive mail then suggest you to check message tracking log to see where
it
stuck up.

Hi Amit,The user B does not get any NDR and i try use the exchange server log, but wasnt helpful either, the version of Outlook is 2007 and Exchange 2003.Thanks for your response.Victor

Does message tracking show message delivered to mailbox of user B?
Are you able to see mail in OWA instead of Outlook client?
Check message delivery restriction as Mark told, but I wonder why NDR didn't receive...

Hi,Regarding the Delivery Restrictions, please open ADUC, right click the user and select the Properties, in the Exchange General tab, click Delivery Restrictions button, check the Message restrictions.What's the result?ThanksAllen
