Greetings and Salutations I need some documentation on how to setup my Exchange 2003 server so one of our multifunction printers can scan a document and have it saved to a public folder that can be accessed on our network. Hi, Check your Event Viewer for Application errors. Few days ago i've found event id: 7010 (if i remember correcty) with description "501 5.5.4 Invalid Address". And this KB helped me http://support.microsoft.com/kb/291828. Good luck Greg
