Email address may not be properly added. in Exchange management console. under recipient management go to Distribution group and add new distribution group. then select existing group and find the group you want to add email address to. there on that goup should be visible in GAL Dhruv

Hi, In order to see the distribution group from Global address list, You need to update OAB. 1. Update OAB on Mail box server 2. Restart Microsoft Exchange File Distribution Service on CAS. 3. Restart Outlook or press F9. Please remember to click “Mark as Answer” on the post that helps you, and to click “Unmark as Answer” if a marked post does not actually answer your question. Hi, It seems due to AD replication. How many DC in your organization? Where is GC? I suggest you try to force AD replication. You could also select which Domain controller you want to connect with EMC 1. Open ECMàRight click “Modify Configuration Domain Controller”à Modify configuration Domain Controllerà Select the Domain controller which you found the distribution group. Are you able to find the distribution group via EMS. Run this command: Get-DistributionGroup Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
