APPCRASH Error in Access 2010

I have been using a database for several years with no problem. I added a new button yesterday that opens a new form and now I get this error. Buttons that existed prior to adding this new one all cause this error but the new one is functional. However, I will get the error when I try to delete the new button. Hi,

Thank you for using Microsoft Office for IT Professionals Forums.

From your description, please try to disable all the application add-ins refers to:

  1. Click the File tab. The Microsoft Office Backstage view opens.
  2. Under Help, click Options; the Options dialog box appears.
  3. Click Trust Center, then click Trust Center Settings.
  4. In the Trust Center, click Add-ins
  5. Select Disable all Application Add-ins (may impair functionality).
  6. Click OK.
  7. Restart Access.

Please take your time to try the suggestions and let me know the results at your earliest convenience.

Sincerely

Rex Zhang
