Tech Support,

We've been using Al Mohanad Font for All Microsoft Office products since 2003, 2007, and 2010 however, the font is functioning perfectly with Excel and PowerPoint only so it seems that Word 2013 only having the issue and I  believe this is a problem with the word package from Microsoft.

The boxes or symbol that appears next to every letter is really annoying.

Please Advise on what's to be done.
