Scott,Take a look at these 2 links.http://support.microsoft.com/kb/822447http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/Implementing-Custom-Recipient-Policies.htmlFocus on Recipient policy, this can be done without using ADSI Edit.Mark Morowczynski|MCSE 2003:Messaging, Security|MCITP: Enterprise Support|MCTS:Windows Mobile Admin|Security+|http://almostdailytech.com

I was thinking more of AD not exchange. I wanted to make it so each user that was created has the logon name of %FirstName.%LastName

Hi Scott, I have doubt that can be done as like configuring display name format by setting an attribute ofuser-Display in display specifier because you may have many people in large organization with same firstname & lastname while logon name should be unique across. However you can take a look at scripted solution for existing users and for new users scheduling the same script. http://www.microsoft.com/technet/scriptcenter/resources/qanda/mar08/hey0325.mspx Also suggest you to post this query in AD/Windows forum to get better options from the AD experts on the best practices they follow for similar situation.Directory Service forum:http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en/winserverDS/threads/Amit Tank | MVP - Exchange | MCITP:EMA MCSA:M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com
